Adaptor and Laptop

Adaptors can be borrowed from the CERN Hotel. However, if none are available, we will do our best to help using the small stock of adaptors we have.

Please remember to bring your own adapter with you, just in case.

Lunch bags

One day, we will go for a walk around the city. We need to know what your preferences are for the lunch bags on that day to prepare them in advance.

The menu comes with a banana and a cake (we cannot choose). Drinks can be purchased with your lunch cards that morning at the CERN restaurant R1.

If you select more than one option, we give priority to the first one.

CERN computing account

You have already been registered at CERN, and we have requested the creation of your official CERN account. Within a few working days, you should receive an email confirming that your account has been activated, together with your username and a temporary password.

Access to your CERN account is essential. It allows you to:

Check your travel itinerary and any updates to your tickets.
Access the online training courses required to enter the experimental areas at CERN.
Connect to the CERN network and internet while on site.
