Dear all,

we would like to remind you that there is more than a month left to finalize your experiment idea, register you team and send a proposal to the 2021 edition of Beamline for Schools. Submit your proposal here by April the 15th at midnight (Central Europe Time).

For the teams that pre-registered, we offer the great opportunity to know more about CERN, and to take part in a "Question and Answer session" about the competition.

We planned two remote events at which all the pre-registered team members are invited to subscribe!

- The first event is titled "CERN and its research" and it will take place on Friday the 12th of March. You can follow this link to register: https://indico.cern.ch/event/1014177/

- The second event is a Question&Answer Session about the Beamline for Schools competition and it will take place on Wednesday the 17th of March. You can follow this link to register: https://indico.cern.ch/event/1014193/

To facilitate the participation of people coming from different countries we planned 3 sessions. The first one will take place at 9h00 (Europe/Zurich time) and it could be good for participants from Asia and Oceania, the second one will take place at 15h30 (Europe/Zurich time), and the third one at 18h00 (Europe/Zurich time) and it could be convenient for participants from America. You can check the corresponding time in your country here: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter.html

You will need to select a session when you register.

The event will take place on Zoom, and we will add the link to the video-conference room on the webpage of the event (the links above) the day before the event.

You have time until Wednesday the 10th of March (next Wednesday) to register! We are looking forward to meeting you!

All the best,

The BL4S team
